Blood Guilt and Manasseh

We find in the word of God a record of a king named Manasseh.  He was the son of godly King Hezekiah, but chose the way of iniquity and idolatry and led Judah into gross abominations in God's face.

Deuteronomy 18:9 "When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations."

First on the list?

Deuteronomy 18:10 "There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire..."  CHILD SACRIFICE.

But Manasseh disregarded the Law of God, and led his people into those very things.

"So Manasseh made Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem to err, and to do worse than the heathen, whom the LORD had destroyed before the children of Israel" (II Chronicles 33:9).

"Moreover Manasseh shed innocent blood very much, till he had filled Jerusalem from one end to another; beside his sin wherewith he made Judah to sin, in doing that which was evil in the sight of the LORD" (II Kings 21:16).

"And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire unto Molech; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin" (Jeremiah 32:35).

The shedding of innocent blood defiles a people and pollutes a land.  Not Judah--not even Jerusalem, the apple of God's eye--was spared the devastating judgment for the sin of child sacrifice.

That was the kingdom of Judah.

"And they served their idols: which were a snare unto them.  Yea, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters unto devils,  And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood" (Psalm 106:36-38).

Let's look at another nation, say, the United States of America.  Here is a pie chart showing the comparison of deaths in various wars that the United States have been involved in:

We murder roughly the same number of innocent image-bearers in the womb each year, as American military personnel who have died in all American wars put together.

We have slain over 65 million children under "color" of law, and those are just the reported abortion murders.

I tremble for my country.

Innocent blood stains "the amber waves of grain".

It gushes in a trespass higher than the "purple mountain majesties".

It flows "from sea to shining sea".

The Blood Guilt Runs Deep

Bloodguilt splatters all of society, which promotes the shedding of innocent blood, celebrating the slaughter of son and daughter as they exult in the worship of Self and so many other false gods.

Bloodguilt splatters ProAbort leaders who have pursued the murder of color of law,

AND

Bloodguilt splatters ProLife leaders (politicians, organizations, etc.) who have produced iniquitous bills and measures to regulate that murder INSTEAD of establishing equal protection under that law, thus prolonging the Holocaust (Jeremiah 22:3; Psalm 82).

Bloodguilt splatters the medical community, which swears to "do no harm" at yet calls homicide "healthcare", and practices the butchering and poisoning the most vulnerable; who kill with forceps, needle, vacuum, or pill, assassinating their victims for a fee; and as doctors and nurses bring on themselves curses from the One Who said, "Cursed be he that taketh reward to slay an innocent person" (Deuteronomy 27:25).

Bloodguilt splatters mommies and daddies, who procure the murder of their children, and also grandmas and grandpas, and other relatives, and friends, who push for that murder, who pacify the conscience, saying

"It's for the best."

"You're not ready yet."

"It's not really a person yet."

"God knows your heart."

And for those who play an active part, such as driving the mom to the assassin's business and providing immoral support?  Bloodguilt.

It also splatters Christians and churches, who have permitted the murder of our neighbors:

By our silence and absence from the gates of death (Proverbs 31:8-9; I Corinthians 15:34),

By our neglect to obey God in seeking to deliver those ready to be slain (Proverbs 24:11-12).

By our failure to warn the wicked to turn from his wicked and trust on Christ (Ezekiel 3:18-19 & 33:7-9).

By not demanding that our leaders cease to do evil in regulating murder, and prod them to do well in establishing equal protection of the preborn (Isaiah 15-18 & 59:2-4).

By (sincerely and/or misguidedly) paying financially to support candidates, ProLife organizations, and bills that are partial and wrest protection of the ones we think to help (Exodus 23:2-3,6-7; James 2:8-9).

It splatters on pulpits, whose pastors do not speak about it in church or in the open public square for fear of offending someone, and it splatters on pews and parishioners, some of whom subsequently have not done their duty to love their neighbors as themselves in word AND deed, and some of whom are murdering their babies, thinking it no big deal, because it is not dealt with by the Christian community as it ought to be (Ezekiel 22; 23:37-39).

Because God's Law and Gospel are not brought into conflict with the culture of child sacrifice.

We are told in the Scriptures...

The bloodguilt runs deep indeed.

"Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people" (Proverbs 14:34)

The name Manasseh means "causing to forget".  Have we forgotten Who the LORD is?  "Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver" (Psalm 50:22).

"Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?"

Let U.S. repent.  Let US repent.

And let us bring the Gospel into conflict with this bloody abomination, and call our countrymen to turn to Jesus Christ, Who is the only Savior from sin.  He is the only One Who can redeem those who are stained with the blood of the innocent, because He shed His own blood for the guilty.  "In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:" (Colossians 1:14).

Abortion must be abolished.

Sackcloth and Ashes NOW

If the body of Christ would repent of our apathy in regards to child sacrifice, cease to do evil in regulating murder, and learn to do well in engaging for the criminalization of murder by abortionabolishing this great evil in each stateit would not matter who was our President.

I implore the people of God to REPENT.

Let us take the example of another people who greatly deserved the wrath of God.

"But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth, and cry mightily unto God: yea, let them turn every one from his evil way, and from the violence that is in their hands.  Who can tell if God will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not?" (Jonah 3:8).

Let us humble ourselves and heed rebuke for our complicity, collaboration, compromise, and complacency concerning the horrific slaughter of the preborn.

Let us repent of our silence and absence.

Let us cry mightily unto God for forgiveness and mercy.

Let us turn from the violence that is in OUR hands.

Let us call for justice and equity for the oppressed and defy the evil and unconstitutional court opinion that says you must allow for the murder of some people.

Let us go to the gates of death to rescue the perishing.

Let us exhort one another to be salt and lightbringing the Gospel into conflict with the culture of death.

Let us quit ourselves like men.

And, let us do exploits in the name of Jesus Christ our Savior.

Abortion must be abolished.

What's Wrong With America?

This post was written by my wife:

---

There is one major reason America is in the horrific state that it is in.

It is the blood dripping from her hands!

In just the last 45 years (not including the abortions performed before Roe v. Wade, and the many image bearers killed through chemical contraceptives, Plan B, and IVF) we have violently murdered over 63 million precious babies--their bodies taken away as medical waste to be burned or casually flushed down the toilet.  That is over the top sick!  It is grievous. And what makes it even more hideous is that the baby's own mother is responsible for each torture and death.

There is not a single moment, here in America, where a child is not being targeted for death by his/her mother and father--the planning, the plotting, the pressure--it is being discussed and decided on right now, someone is looking up a web site or making a phone call or withdrawing money to cover the costs as you sit and read these words!

And we as a nation, and even more sadly, as the Church, have lived at peace with this horror.

We settle in down in our comfortable home and comfortable lives while our neighbors are being taken way to die.  We are given a pious, pragmatic card to pay by those who tell us they know best--and then we look to them to know when to play it and when to keep it in our pocket.  This brings a false confidence that we are fighting the dragon in the only way we can.  This counsel is given from a powerless gospel and it is a disgrace to the One Who crushed the head of the enemy on the cross--and abolished death completely and forever!  The only way to kill this dragon is to pierce his heart immediately.  And we do this by looking into God's word alone for our battle plan.

As a Church, we have held firmly to our ProLife position--putting bumper stickers on our cars, signing ProLife petitions, voting the ProLife ticket, and giving money to the "Movement".  We think we are doing what needs to be done, because we are told that what we are doing is what needs to be done!

O, the state of the Church!  That we would listen to such vile advice and heed it.
As if the people of God did not have His word in their hands!
As if they did not know what He has already mandated must be done!

It is what the ten Boom family did during the Hitler's Holocaust--defying the evil laws of the Third Reich, defying their church leaders when told they must compromise and do nothing, and dying to their own comfort by rescuing Jews from certain death.

It is what other men and women have done to abolish the evil of their era throughout history--infanticide in Rome, the chattel slavery in the British Empire and the United States, twin killings in Nigeria, and temple prostitution/slavery and widow slayings in India!

"If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain; if thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works?" (Proverbs 24:11-12).

We must trust in the spiritual mean and methods God has given to us in His word.  We must be an obedient Church, loving God and out neighbor as ourselves!

But we are deceived.  And we are apathetic.

And being apathetic makes us easier targets to be deceived.

We have spent 40+ years cheering on other to "get the job done."  And we have gotten NO WHERE!  We applaud the incremental laws that are passed (i.e. protecting only certain babies from death-securing the slaughter of all the rest); we vote in ProLife leaders with hopes they will appoint ProLife Supreme Court justices in hopes that they will reverse Roe v. Wade (history lesson pause: Roe v. Wade was decided by a court that was comprised of a majority of justices who were nominated by Republican presidents); we choose one day a year to "highlight" LIFE in our churches, and yet often do what we can to soften the reality of abortion in case someone in the audience might have had one and may be greatly disturbed by the issue.

Yeah, and that too, we treat abortion like it's an issue!  It's not an issue.
It's coldblooded, for hire murder.
It's little babies being poisoned or burned to death, ripped to shreds, smashed and pulverized or dismembered, and then pulled out of their mother's womb.
And it is done to over 3,500 babies a day.
It's our Holocaust.

It is this approach of the ProLife Movement, that has given evil the ability to sink its talons deeper into our culture.  It has made Christians wimpy.  It has made the Church compromise.  You cannot abolish any evil by justifying or allowing it to continue in some cases.  ANY strategy for ending abortion in this country which allows for the continued occurrence of some abortions for the sake of eventually outlawing the rest, though seemingly pragmatic, is compromise, and its promises of effectiveness are false.  It's not slaying the dragon, it is feeding the dragon.  Unless we become dissidents of thise culture of death we will never see this evil abolished.

There are Biblical grounds that make the abolishing of abortion a mandatory mission--mandatory--meaning every believer in Jesus Christ, every body of believers that gather regularly under His name, must rise up and do SOMETHING personally and corporately about it (James 1:27; Proverbs 24:10-12; 29:7;31:8-9; Psalm 7:9; 82:3-4; Luke 11:42; Ephesians 5:11; II Corinthians 10:5; Jude 23 and many more!).

Just like every other abolitionist, in every other evil age (one of my favorites being Amy Carmichael, missionary to India), we are to do God work by exposing and bringing down every work of darkness!  We are to bring justice in the name of Jesus Christ to those who are oppressed (Ezekiel 22)!

It really doesn't matter who is president.  Really!  America will never be great again if America continues to murder her preborn babies.  Period. There is NO way to get around the judgment God promises to fall on a people that sacrifice their children in the fire of Molech.  God tells us quite plainly that His hates the "hands that shed innocent blood" (Proverbs 6:16-17) and when "Manasseh shed innocent blood very much, till he had filled Jerusalem from one end to another" (II Kings 21:16), God spoke vehemently regarding His own beloved Jerusalem, the apple of His eye:

"Behold, I am bringing such evil upon Jerusalem and Judah, that whosoever heareth of it, both his ears shall tingle...and I will deliver them into the hand of their enemies, and they shall become a prey and a spoil to all their enemies" (II Kings 21:12-14).

Our country wil continue down this slippery slope of destruction and she will be bringing this demise on her own head.  It doesn't matter who is in the White House or who is seated on the Supreme Court, if we continue to murder our children!  And killing our own children is, by the way, in Scripture, both worthy of judgment, AND is a promised judgment to nation that is rebelling against God.

Abortion may be sanctioned unconstitutionally by the courts, and justified under color of law, but there would be no abortion industry if there was no demand for it.  The citizens of or United States demand abortion to the tune of 1.2 million a year!  Abortion is sin and we must bring it into conflict with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We must use the Gospel to turn those running headlong into destruction away from their sin!

We must seek out and stand by godly leaders like Senator Joseph Silk in Oklahoma and Representatives Heather Scott and John Green in Idaho, and Representative Curt Nisly in Indiana who will do all they can (at the risk of their own future careers) to stand up to the Federal Beast and the ProLife Establishment that collaborates with the murder, to put forth bills, demanding the total and immediate abolition of murder by abortion.  It should be the first item on any political agenda.

And we must repent of our apathy and disinterest, Church!

Lamentations 3:51 tell us that if we need our hearts to be evoked (ignite passion and give us a voice as strong as thunder) we should open our eyes and look!  It is our eyes that affect our hearts.. Open your eyes, dear friends, and loo at the face of child sacrifice.  Look at its stark reality.  Look at its tiny victims.  It will be disturbing and will make you queasy.  You might have a bad day because of it.  I hope you have a bad day because of it.  But, PLEASE, whatever you do, dear Christian, keep looking unto your heart is affected!

Repent with my family over the apathetic and pathertic way we have allowed our most innocent neighbors to be beaten and left for dead (Luke 10:25-37).

We must stand up against this evil and honestly ask ourselves, "What does Christianity look like in a culture that kills its own children?

If just 1% of the Church stood up in Biblical opposition to legal murder of the preborn, I do believe we would see it brought down.  What a sad commentary--THAT NOT EVEN 1% of the Body of Christ will stop to help these poor little neighbors being beaten to death down the road from their assembly places.  Just 1% of the Bible believing, ProLife Churches in our region would represent thousands!  Millions of American Christians have a moral opinion regarding the crime, but do not feel that they have the time to (or specific call to) stop and bind up the wounds--to call for justice and equity (as specifically commanded in Scripture).

Remember it was the religious men who held a correct moral opinion that were condemned  for behaving wicked;y in the parable of the Good Samaritan.  They were the priest and the Levite.  They were on their way to serve God and yet were among the "bad guys" in the drame that the Lord set before us.  Why?  Because they were bad neighbors!

And just like the lawyer who was first told this story, we are quick as the people of God to justify ourselves and say, "and who is my neighbor? I mean, really, Jesus, there are so many people in need.  I surely can't help every single one!

I love that Jesus' response to that justification did not include agreeing with this sentiment.  Instead He cut straight to the chase--"Go and do likewise!" (Luke 10).

Every member of of the Church is COMMANDED in this.  Jesus told us that the greatest two commandments were to love God (the One in WHose image these little babies are made at conception and then are murdered in the place of the incarnation of Jesus Christ, God the Son, the place where He chose to enter the world), and to lover our neighbors as we love ourselves (treating our preborn neighbor as we would want someone to treat us).

We have been compliant and complacent long enough!

If you have read my post this far and would like to know more about about abolition and what you can do in your area, please contact me or my husband!

Wake up, and rise up, Church!

Slay the dragon!  Abolish Human Abortion!

It Is Loving to Prosecute Murder

Question: After abortion becomes abolished as homicide, should women who still choose to hire someone to abort their children face any type of punishment?

Many Christian and Prolife leaders have protested that this would not be loving.

Many well-intentioned Christians would say that to make the mother prosecutable for the abortion of her son or daughter would be UNLOVING

However, it is the LOVE of Christ which constrains me to share the following. Please hang on with me as you read, for the truth's sake.  Here goes.

It will always be the most loving to treat murder as what it is—therefore, the abortionist and the mother who is are pursuing the murder of an innocent child should be prosecuted.
One reason that empathy falls too heavy on the side of the mother for even those who seek justice for the preborn is largely due to women being broadly painted (by the prolife movement) as one of the victims in the abortion act.  But the fact is, no matter how they have be deceived, they know full well what they are doing.  Standing at the gates of death, I have seen and heard countless women who unashamedly shout that it is their right to kill their baby!  They laugh and mock what I am doing and tell me that I should do something worthwhile, like, save a tree.  They curse at me and my wife and children.  They rationalize their premeditated murder away and boast that it is "legal", which makes it "okay".

Now abortion WILL brutalize the mother.  It will bring spiritual, emotional, and physical consequences—just as it does to all who murder—but especially to the abortive women, since the victim is her own child.  The mother who murders her baby in the womb may do so in a desperate situation, and MAY do so believing a lie.  But for the sake of God's word and true mercy on the baby that has been abused to death by the signed consent of his/her mother, we must treat the mother (in a desperate situation) who murders her baby at 3 months gestation no differently than the mother (in a desperate situation) who murders her 3 year old.

AGAIN will I state it.

If we do not treat it as such, we are hypocrites, guilty of having "respect of persons", and are perverting justice and equity (James 2:4,8-9).

If we will not truly treat abortion as murder, we are not only acting treacherously against our God and neighbor (thus breaking the first and second greatest commandments: Matthew 22:37-40), but we are also communicating to the ungodly that we don't really think it is the same as murder, and further entrenches the abomination of child sacrifice AS JUSTIFIED in our society.  That is UNLOVING to the lost all about us.  We undermine our position, and they see our inconsistency.

We Christians need to repent of our apathy, our compromise, and our inconsistency with God's law and grace.

We must agree with true justice and equity based in the Scripture, and protect the innocent and punish the evildoer.

We need to cry mightily unto God, as the king of Nineveh decreed (Jonah 3:8-9), that God may have mercy on our nation.  If we stand for some lives and not for others, we become human rights hypocrites, failing to love our neighbor.

PUNISHING MURDER IS LOVING!

IT IS LOVING to the real victims, the children in danger of destruction, showing care and respect to the value of their lives.
IT IS LOVING to the millions already slain, vindicating their humanity and worth as image-bearers of their Creator.
IT IS LOVING to other preborn children, who will not be murdered because their parents do not want to be punished as murderers.  It will be unfeigned love, for it will give them equal protection under the law.
IT IS LOVING to parents, who will not murder their babies now that it is a punishable offense, thus sparing them becoming guilty of their children's slaughter.
IT IS LOVING to the mother, already guilty of murder herself, giving her swift opportunity to face up to what she has done, repent of it, and find salvation and healing in Christ Jesus alone, thus removing YEARS of guilt, cover up, justification, and hardening, and if unrepentant rejecting Christ, eternal torment.  Also the father, if he was pursuing that murder as well.
IT IS LOVING to families being pressured by angry relatives to abort, giving them the ability to say, "You're telling me to commit a felony?  To MURDER?"  Thus giving the legal clout to stand their ground.
IT IS LOVING to the abortionists who will stop aborting because it is a punishable offense, bringing before their conscience the seriousness of their violence before the court of the Lord, showing them the depth of their sin, that he or she may personally face up to what they did, to repent, crying to God for mercy, and trusting in Jesus alone to save them from their sin, including their blood guiltiness.  It gives them more impetus to "cease to do evil, Learn to do well" (Isaiah 1:16-17).
IT IS LOVING to those in the medical profession or medical schools who may be tempted to seek that line of murderous occupation and will now be turned away by the knowledge of punishment they will be spared the guilt of murder on their conscience and record (Proverbs 19:25).
IT IS LOVING to the abortionist who refuses to stop killing, for punishing him will stop him from adding to his "kill count", and thus his blood guiltiness before God.  It will remove any rationale of being a "hero of women" or being viewed as "a pillar in the community".  It can show him his sin in all its ramifications, and can humble him and bring him to the only place where he can find cleansing for his mass murders--at the foot of the cross, by the shed blood of the Lamb.
IT IS LOVING to the other employees at the murder mills who will forsake it or not apply to work there because they don't wish to be punished as partakers of murder so that they may forsake the foolish and live, repenting of their involvement and be saved.
IT IS LOVING to our society at large, bringing the perceived value of all life back to the place where it belongs.  Is it any surprise that people today are murdering fellow students, fellow employees, neighbors, family members, friends, enemies, and strangers, when we will countenance the murder of the MOST vulnerable and the MOST innocent?
IT IS LOVING to the victims of rape, under aged and incestual molestation, and human trafficking, whose attackers, oppressors, and "owners" are escaping the evidence of their wickedness by pressuring or forcing to have the baby killed, covering up their crimes, and therefore presently being able to continue oppressing this victim and others.
IT IS LOVING to the neighborhoods, communities, states, and this nation, in the midst of whom, innocent blood has been shed, to resolve that guilt and satisfy the demand of justice (see the example of the an unsolved murder in Deuteronomy 21:1-9), turning away impending judgment.  It is a humbling and acknowledgement of the evil we are guilty of, and, as some have said, "giving God a reason to show mercy", rather than arrogantly and proudly denying our bloody crime in the face of judgment.  It is "standing in the gap", repairing the breach, that God would not destroy us as we deserve (Ezekiel 22:30, but really the entire chapter).
IT IS LOVING to our Creator, the Maker of heaven and earth, "The Power that hath made and preserved us a nation" thus far, the Giver of Life and Life Everlasting, the One Who has granted inalienable rights in the first place, that we would be acknowledging His truth, recognizing and turning away from our perversion of justice and the slaughter of those made in His image.
IT IS LOVING to our nation to remember that if our cause is NOT just, we will not CONQUER, or we will CONQUER in vain.  We must turn our hearts to turn the course of this people.  Let us who fear God, in returning the laws from targeting millions of our citizens to be massacred, instead to reflect liberty and justice for all, truly trusting God for the results, and do what is right.

If we as Christians do not consistently obey and speak the truth in our society, as salt and light, if we are recreant to our responsibility, how can we expect our society to return to right and justice?  If we refuse to speak the truth, we expose our lack of love to all these.  We become manifest as hypocrites.

From a child, I have loved the Star Spangled Banner, our national anthem.  I love the words, the music, and the history behind it.  My favorite verse being the final one:

"And thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand
Between their loved homes and the war's desolation
Blest with vic'try and peace, may the Heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: 'In God is our trust'
And the star spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave."

That we may not vainly say, "In God we trust" when we do not follow His commands.
Jesus said, "And why call ye me Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?" (Luke 6:46).

"Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good."(Romans 12:9).  "Love without dissimulation" means that we are not just pretending to love, feigning that we care, but actually loving with sincerity, with a pure heart fervently (I Peter 1:22).

We MUST show love without dissimulation.

Abortion MUST be abolished.

Blaming the Vacuum...Who's REALLY Responsible?

No question...

In a multitude of cases in which children are murdered through abortion, a vacuum is used.

However...

Making laws that ban all vacuums is not the answer.

There are many good and proper uses of a vacuum.

What needs to be recognized is that it is man's sinful heart that must be addressed, and the evil deed itself that must be abolished instead of given protection under "color of law".  The law should protect the innocent and punish the guilty.

Vacuums ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.

People ARE.

Physicians who forsake their role of healing in order to commit violence upon the weak ARE RESPONSIBLE.

Parents who seek out and hire a murderer to kill their babies ARE RESPONSIBLE.

Magistrates who forsake the law to allow the slaughter of their most vulnerable citizens to continue, and not only permit, but protect the right to murder the babies as is it is okay, however much those magistrates may claim to be "for life", however much those magistrates may regulate that slaughter, they ARE RESPONSIBLE.

The society that is at peace with the murders and make excuses for it ARE RESPONSIBLE

Christians who believe the murders are wrong, but are not willing to obey God through loving their neighbors actively in bringing the Gospel into conflict with the evil, JUSTLY opposing the evil, and seeking its abolition ARE RESPONSIBLE.

WE must repent of whatever part we have played, whether it be complicity, compromise, collaboration, callousness, cowardice, or complacency.

Abortion must be abolished.

Using Images of Abortion Victims - Why? Three Basic Reasons

Some have asked about the use of graphic signs (more properly termed victim images) which are used by many abolitionists, and other Christians, who oppose preborn murder (abortion).

I would like to devote this post to explaining why I choose to use victim images?

There are at least three basic reasons why.

1. It follows God's pattern.  We find in Scripture that when God sent His prophets with a message to preach to the people, He did so with an object or an illustration in order to grab attention--Nathan, Jeremiah, Jesus, Paul, and many others utilized this method.

The one who may have used the "object lesson" type of teaching most was Ezekiel.  God asked Ezekiel to do some crazy things to pound His message home:

-shave both head and beard,
-cook his food with manure,
-shake and quake while he ate,
-break in and loot his own house,
-NOT mourn when his beloved wife died

...get the picture?

In one specific place, God told Ezekiel to SHOW the city their bloody abomination within the gates.

"...wilt thou judge the bloody city? yea, thou shalt shew her all her abominations" (Ezekiel 22:2).

When I hold up a picture of a preborn baby that has been brutally murdered, I am simply following God's specific instruction to Ezekiel.  Many cities in our Nation have baby butcher shops.  Within these United States, we have slaughtered over 60 million preborn children.  We have filled the land from one end to another with innocent blood.  And God says that the "hands that shed innocent blood" are ABOMINATION to God (Proverbs 6:16-17).  I will continue show these pictures so that I might soberly show the city "her abominations" and that I might bring light to the dark deeds which the world wants to keep hidden.

"Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins" (Isaiah 58:1).

2. It is effectual.  The impact of such an image is powerful.  Notice that I did not say it is necessarily pragmatic--but it is powerful.

A. It CHALLENGES people to face the facts.  This was a baby, not a blob of tissue and  this precious little one had ears, a nose, cute little fingers, toes, and eyelashes.

The humanity that these images reveal is why the pro-choice crowd fight against allowing these pictures to enter the debate.  It is the exact same reasoning that Holocaust deniers use. The picture proves them wrong.

B. It CHANNELS the message quickly.  People driving by may not be able to read all the words of some signs, but one look at the picture of an aborted baby WILL get the message across immediately.  They know what we're talking about.  A picture is worth a thousand words.

It puts me in mind of a time I was recently standing at an intersection in Wichita.  A woman passenger in a car driving by looked out of her closed window, and mouthed the words, "What is that?!" and then as her eyes widened with horror, she mouthed the words, "IT'S a BABY!"

C. It can be used to CHANGE hearts.

I have seen a father look at the posters and go back into the mill in order to rescue the mother and baby.

I have seen mothers turn away from having an abortion. They tell me that it was the picture of the aborted baby that made them stop for they were confronted that "the thing inside my womb is a real child."

I saw a woman who drove by the victim images pull over to sit and weep uncontrollably for the children.

I met a medical doctor who once openly supported the abortion cause.  His own wife had had an abortion.  They believed the lies of the "establishment".  But when he saw the pictures of babies that had been aborted, it transformed his thinking. In fact, when I met him, he was lifting up a sign of an aborted baby above his head while calling to women going inside of an abortion mill.

People often drive by with looks of disgust and I say, "Does this picture not horrify you?  Are you not grieved?  Let us be stirred to stop any more babies from having to suffer this child's fate.  'Is it nothing to you, all ye that pass by?"  Babies are being butchered for a price--what will you do to stop this abuse?  Remember this picture when you are drinking your coffee! When you are talking with your friends! When you are standing in the voting booth!  And remember that these precious babies are being destroyed on your watch!  If we do nothing to protect them, their blood is on our hands!"

3. It is Just.  Those aborted humans have the right to face their accusers.  In our nation, it is recognized that no one is to be deprived of life, liberty, or property without "due process of law."  It must be proven that they are guilty of a crime worthy of capitol punishment.

The Bill of Rights justly guarantees Americans a broad range of rights.  This includes the right to face one's accusers--as the Sixth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution states,
"In all criminal prosecutions the accused shall the enjoy the right...to be confronted with the witness against him."

Yet these preborn infants are denied that right.  The right to a trial by jury!

The right to be assumed innocent until proven guilt!

The right to face their accusers!

They are guilty of no crime, yet they are executed in ways that we don't even execute serial killers and mass rapists in those ways!  "These things ought not so to be" (James 3:10).  God provided cities of refuge for manslayers to flee into until they could get a righteous trial (Joshua 20:9).

Even the Roman empire had this practice:  Acts 25:16 "To whom I answered, It is not the manner of the Romans to deliver any man to die, before that he which is accused have the accusers face to face, and have license to answer for himself concerning the crime laid against him."

If manslayers are to be protected in this manner, shouldn't innocent children more?

Therefore, I show these pictures, that these babies may testify in the only way they can now!

That they are babies.
That they were murdered.
That thousands of others like them are being slain EVERY DAY!
That this killing must end.

Abortion Must Be Abolished!

CATO, the Incorrigible

I have an affinity for powerful quotes.

Place: Roman Republic

Time: 2nd Century B.C. (During the latter years of the Punic Wars against Carthage)

Quote: "CENTERUM AUTEM CARTHAGINEM ESSE DELENDAM"

English: "Furthermore, I consider that Carthage must be destroyed."

This is a oratorical phrase in popular use in the Roman Republic, most famously uttered by the Roman senator, Cato the Elder (234-149 BC), in his speeches.

Cato was a man who believed that Carthage, the foremost enemy of Rome in that day, must be destroyed.  And so he said so.  All the time.

Cato used these words frequently and persistently, no matter the subject of his discourse.

Cato used it emphatically and zealously.

Cato used it with determination, unswayed by pressure to cease or tone it down.

Cato used it almost to the point of absurdity.

Cato was incorrigible.

Incorrigible means "that which cannot be corrected or amended".  This is usually used in a negative sense, but I want to show the positive sense of the word.

Consider the following aspects of being incorrigible:
1. Impossible to alter from its course or set onto a different path.
David Livingstone was incorrigible.  He said that he would not "swerve one hairbreadth" from what God called him to do.
2. Impervious to correction, taunts, pressure, intimidation, punishment, or pain.
Richard Wurmbrand was incorrigible. During his ten years being tortured in a Communist prison for not bending the Truth of Scripture, he made one deal with his tormentors: "You beat me.  I'll preach to you.  Then we will BOTH be happy."
3. Invariable, unalterable, immutable, hence, impossible to improve upon.
The laws of nature and mathematics are incorrigible.

Impossible to alter...Impervious to pressure...Invariably set...Incorrigible.

That was Cato.

"Carthage must be destroyed."

He never let the issue go to the back burner in the thoughts of his peers, his audience, his acquaintances.  He was avoided, laughed at, even despised for this continual declaration. But finally, Carthage was indeed destroyed.

Now I cannot truly speak to the virtue of said destruction.  But I DO say we need a Cato in our day.  A Cato for the abolition of human abortion.

Consider:
1. The Holocaust that has murdered over 60,000,000 of our neighbors here in the U.S.A.,
2. The continued slaughter of 3,000+ more children EVERY DAY,
3. The judgment of the true God that we justly deserve for our national blood guilt,
4. The apathy of the culture, even of those who say they are against the violence,
5. The constant distractions of entertainment, media, society, and our own selfish pursuits and desires that crowd out thought of the plight of our preborn neighbors and our duty toward them before God.

Taking all these into account,
I am constrained to proclaim that we need such a person as Cato today

Someone to tirelessly expose the sin of child sacrifice before the eyes of a pathetic public!
Someone to keep the need for justice, mercy, and equity toward the least of these ringing in our ears!
Someone to call for/put forth bills for the total and immediate abolition of abortion!
Someone who REFUSES to live at peace with child sacrifice!
Someone who will agitate the culture toward repentance and righteous action!
Someone to keep the demand constant!  To make the clarion call for abolition perpetual!

Until human abortion is ABOLISHED

A Cato in the United States Legislature.
A Cato in every State Senate and House of Representatives.
A Cato in every city council.
A Cato on every street corner.
A Cato in every church body.
A Cato in every family.

Why settle for one Cato in each sphere?  All Christians should be like Cato in this wise.  Catos all over!  Calling out the declaration to "Cease to do evil!  Learn to do well!"  "Abortion is evil and it must be abolished."  "LET US REPENT!"

Abortion must be abolished.  And it will be abolished when WE cease to tolerate it.

Jesus said, "Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh" (Matthew 12:34).  Oh, that our hearts would be so filled with the love of God and our neighbors that people would find abolition in every conversation, on every social media post, on our lips, and in our lives!

This fills my mind, and thus I am compelled to say,

"Furthermore, I consider that ABORTION MUST BE ABOLISHED."

The Day of Infamy

On December 7, 1941, an attack was made upon the U.S. naval base at Pearl Harbor by Japanese bombers.  The onslaught was swift and vicious.  360 warplanes from Imperial Japan destroyed, sank, or severely damaged battleships, other vessels, and aircraft.  2,403 Americans were slain and 1,178 were wounded, many while valiantly trying to repulse the violent enemy.  It was a critical, surprising blow upon a nation that had not been fighting yet in WWII.

What was the response?  National mourning and outcry.  Weeping in homes, schools, and churches. Individuals, families, communities, and the country as a whole were filled with horror and indignation at the deed that slew so many.  The president called December 7th, "a day that shall live forever in infamy."

What was the response?  The United States reeled in shock and wheeled into action.  It was that act and the call for justice and vindication that drew the U.S. into the Second World War.  In about four years, the war was over, the Allies victorious.

The motto of WWII was "Remember Pearl Harbor".

It is appropriate to remember such a day as December 7th, 1941, a day of infamy.

BUT what about December 7th, 2016?  Well over 3,000 Americans were murdered on our own shores.  They had no warning, no way to escape, and no way to fight back.

They were beheaded, dismembered, burned, and poisoned to death.  Murdered with forceps, needles, vacuums, and pills.

The violence done against them was sought for by those who should have been their most ardent protectors - their own parents.  And it was all done under "color of law", protected by the U.S. National and State governments.

Think of it.  EVERY DAY in America since 1973, we have murdered more Americans than the Japanese killed at Pearl Harbor.

In WWII, an estimated 418,500 Americans were killed.  That is less than half the amount of Americans WE murder each and every year.

Remember the weeping and outcry after Pearl Harbor?

What has been the response to the war on Womb Harbor?  Over 60 million American girls and boys have been destroyed, and the nation is unmoved.  Each day is treated as a "ho-hum" day of homicide.  Our entire culture has become guilty in some manner, whether by Complicity, Collaboration, or Callousness.

In the Prolife movement, and in the churches of Jesus Christ, the two places where opposition should be most expected, we find Complacency, Cowardice, and Confusion.  We have bought into the lie of Compromise.  We are living at peace with child sacrifice.

We make "prolife legislation" to regulate the murder rather than end it.  We make unrighteous and iniquitous decrees, telling who can kill babies, when, where, how, and in what cases they can be murdered.  Woe unto us (Isaiah 10:1).  We are crying "Peace, peace, when there is no peace" (Jeremiah 6:14).  We have followed the crowd to do evil and wrest the judgment of the most vulnerable in our culture (Exodus 23:2).

What must our response be?  Isaiah 1:16-18 is a good start.

We need to repent.
We need to humble ourselves and confess the sin of silence, absence, and unjust action in the face of this attack upon our neighbors (Luke 10:27).
We need to sigh and cry over this violent abomination we have allowed (Ezekiel 9:4).
We need to cry mightily to the God of Heaven as Nineveh did, that He might show mercy, though we well deserve judgment for our personal and national sin (Jonah 3:8-9).
We need to arise and demand justice and equity for the least of these (Isaiah 1:17; Jeremiah 22:3; Matthew 25:40)!
We need to valiantly engage this dark and decaying culture with the light and salt of the Gospel (Matthew 5:13-16)!
We need to open our mouths for those who have no voice and are being carried to be slain (Proverbs 24:11-12; 31:8-9).
We need to be of good courage and behave ourselves valiantly for our people and for the kingdom of God, and trust the results to the LORD (I Chronicles 19:13).

Let us recognize the great infamy of which we are guilty.

[Infamy: 1 the state of being well known for some bad quality or deed.  2 an evil or wicked act.]

EVERY DAY is "a Day of Infamy" for America.  Never forget that.

Remember Pearl Harbor and Abolish Human Abortion.

Abortion must be abolished.

Prayer Targets to Shut Down Abortion Mills, and for the Abolition of Abortion

Nearly all Christians know that we should be praying about the onslaught upon the preborn in our midst.

However, I find that many are at a loss of specific things for which to pray.  So here are some definite targets of prayer concerning child sacrifice. I hope it is edifying to some, in hitting the mark of intercession with our God about the violence against the fatherless.

BELIEVERS: O Lord of the Harvest, I pray that You would awaken Your people to repent of apathy in regards to the plight of the preborn.  That we as churches would be convicted to go to this field, to labor for life and souls at the gates of death.  That the sidewalks would never be empty when babies are being sacrificed; but on the contrary, that Bible believing Christians would line the sidewalks and be such a shining presence for the testimony of Christ that the mills will not be able to withstand the truth.  May the churches search the Scriptures and reject ProLife partiality in favor of equal protection in alignment with God's precepts of Justice, Truth, and Love.  May they seed the culture and bringing the Gospel into conflict with this great evil.  That Christians would be salt and light in all society, not just at the gates of slaughter, but also at the gates of state, and the streets in between.

and may THAT be why the abortion mills close down, and abortion abolished

PARENTS: O Father, I pray for parents to whom You have granted conception, who are considering or planning to have their offspring murdered.  Turn their hearts away from their own selfishness and toward their children!  We pray that they may fear You and flee evil!  Cause them to value their babies, and protect them from this horrific onslaught!  Work in their consciences, reproving them of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment!  May they refuse to make their babies take the hit for them!  May they cease to destroy little ones at mills, by pills, through birth control, or in vitro fertilization!  May fathers and mothers valiantly welcome and defend the children given to them by God, and may business therefore at Planned Parenthood and other mills grind to a halt,

and may THAT be why the abortion mills close down, and abortion abolished.

WORKERS: O Lord of all, I pray for those who work at the mill, that they would have no rest and no peace in their jobs.  Lord, open their eyes, and break the hardness of their hearts!  May they humble themselves, repent and trust in Christ, and find healing in Christ!  May they forsake the foolish and live.  Lord, lead them to jobs that do not involve the shedding of innocent blood!  May the nurses, the receptionists, the IT support—everyone—from the administration to the janitors, run from this business,

and may THAT be why the abortion mills will close down, and abortion abolished.

ABORTIONISTS: O Giver of Life, I cry unto you for those physicians who have left true medicine to engage in the violent onslaught of defenseless children in the womb.  I pray for those "healers" who have turned the Hippocratic oath into the "Hypocritic" oath.  Lord, they condemn the innocent blood and contemn You.  There is no fear of God before their eyes.  Let not man prevail against You!  Convict them.  Show them how abominable the shedding of innocent blood is to You.  Pierce their calloused souls with Your word!  Teach them to fear the Lord!  Cause them to heed the Gospel!  May they turn from their pride to bow the knee to Christ openly and without reserve.  Then, saved and forgiven, cause them to stand against abortion themselves, and cry for its abolition!  If they will not, take them away, so that they cannot continue this atrocity.  May those who slaughter children repent or be removed, so that no doctor will take money to murder babies,

and may THAT be why the abortion mills close down, and abortion abolished.

COMMUNITY: O Righteous Judge, awaken particular regions across the nation, and especially the citizens of cities that have murder mills!  May their eyes be opened to the wickedness done in their midst, and may open eyes weep in remorse and repentance.  Expose the abominable practices of these; show their depravity, their unethical doings, their greed and cruelty.

Confound their crafty conspiracies, and show them to be hateful.  May it become evident and loathsome to the community, the businesses surrounding them, companies who service them, the media, city officials, and even their own client base.  May the horror of what abortion is so take hold upon citizens, that they cannot remain silent and unmoved.  Cause the people of towns that contain human sacrifice centers within their city limits to rise up and say, “NO MORE! We will no longer stand by and allow this bloody holocaust to continue on our turf!”  May they cry out out mightily to God for mercy and seek the clearing away of blood guilt from their border.  Ah, that the public sentiment, public presence, and public pressure would cause the abortion industry in ___________ to shrink away in shame,

and may THAT be why the abortion mills close down, and abortion abolished.

STATE LEADERS: O LORD of Hosts, I pray for state leaders and other lesser magistrates, that have collaborated and compromised with child sacrifice, including those "prolife" leaders who seek to regulate murder, rather than abolish the slaughter within their jurisdiction.  Cause them to remember that they will answer, not only to man, but also to You for their acts as authorities.  Teach them the fear of the LORD.

May they be confronted by the people under them (who will follow the widow's example in continual coming), to execute judgment and righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor.  May the Christians rise in Jesus' name to speak for the weak, to be a voice in every state house, demanding total abolition of child sacrifice in every state legislature.  May the magistrates repent of their cowardice, complicity, and compromise.  Cause them to cease to do evil and learn to do well.  Lord, move them to defend the poor and the fatherless, to do justice to the afflicted and needy.  May legislators put forth bills of total and immediate abolition of abortion.  May lesser magistrates on each level interpose for the innocent, and stand to protect the vulnerable.  Draw them to turn from partiality, to criminalizing this slaughter of son and daughter as the murder it is.  Use them to punish the evil doer, and reward the righteous, in essence to do their duty,

and may THAT be why the abortion mills close down, and abortion abolished.

NATIONAL LEADERS: O King of kings, Ruler of nations, I pray for those who lead this country, from judges to the legislature, to the president, that You would turn their hearts as the rivers of water.  That they would see that they have framed mischief by a law, and permitted, funded, and promoted the murder of millions of their own citizens (over a million each year), indeed, the most vulnerable of our society.  That they would be put in fear, and know themselves to be but men.  That they would cry to You for mercy and turn their hearts to Jesus Christ, and our nation’s policies, laws, and positions to TRUE justice for all.  May these United States rise, denounce this bloody industry for the holocaust that it is, and utterly abolish human abortion,

and may THAT be why the abortion mills close down, and abortion abolished.

May this be useful to aid and arm the prayers of my brothers and sisters.

Keep in mind...

Many will say that we need to pray over the evil of abortion, and prayer IS vital.
However, let us NOT simply PRAY, when God has commanded us to OBEY.

Abortion must be abolished.
